Random car fact.
Here are some random car facts for you. The Bugatti Veyron is the fastest production car in the world it costs $1,363,000 to buy but costs volkswaggwn 6 million to build.
Car materials.
Back when the automobile was first invented it was manly built of steel. But now days cars are made from new cheaper materials such as aluminum, plastic, carbon fiber and materials like steel. These materials can come from all over the world and just because a car is japanees or american or English dosent mean that it is all necessarily Japanees, American or English the parts that make up the car could come from italy for example the white leather seats in the new BMW 6 Series the leather on them seats come from Siena in Italy. Again this just shows how there is geography in everything even cars!!!

Modern car manufacturing factory
I put this video on my blog because i think it is a very good video and showes the sheer complexity of the modern manufacturing of a car. It showes how car companies have used their heads and cut down on the use of people and utalised technologt therefore making each car for less and maxinising their profit. But because of technology there is less jobs avalable for humans.

Car Manufacturing
Car manufacturing has improved hugely over the last couple of years. And this is all because of geography. In the early years of the automobile cars were made in small open spaced factories as seen in the picture below
Now days car manufacturing is much different. The majority of the car is built by robots on an assembly line. Henry Ford invented the first automobile assembly line using a new conveyor belt system in 1913. this proved cheaper faster and more efficent and was soon copied by japanees car companies such as Toyota and Nissan.the germans were next in line to follow.
